Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments to identify each child's unique therapy needs.

• Direct Therapy Services: Deliver evidence-based interventions that enhance daily living skills and communication abilities.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree from an accredited program.

• Licensure: Current or eligible for state licensure in North Dakota.

• Passion for Pediatrics: A strong interest in working with children and their families.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Work Schedule:

• Flexibility: Full-time positions requiring 36-40 hours per week.

• Autonomy: 4 or 5-day work week with flexible scheduling within core hours.
